The undergrad chapter has moved into a 10 bedroom house with a Grand Foyer. They would like to make this house a true TKE house, so we know they will need money to do this. They are requesting some help from the Alumni, but not without recognition. Please see below and what they are looking to do. The grand foyer will represent TKE and Xi-Theta plus the up and coming relationship with the Alumni.
Their next task is to furnish this space in a way that truly makes the house a home. In order to do this the Fraters of the Xi-Theta chapter will be adopting a fundraiser that will allow graduating and alumni fraters as well as other generous donors the opportunity to have a permanent place in the Grand Foyer of the Xi-Theta chapter house.
This space will be dedicated entirely to honor the contributions of our donors and to display the accomplishments of the undergraduate chapter and alumni association. All funds generated will go toward furnishing and beautifying the chapter house.
To be a part of this bold new step in Xi-Theta alumni relations history, the process is very simple.
Go to www.uwgtke.com and click the PayPal link. Leave a donation in any amount, but be sure to specify your desired package in the comments. Repeat this process until your desired package is paid off and your name will forever be enshrined in Xi-Theta chapter history.
Donation Packages
Life Loyal Teke - $100 - Your name will be featured in black writing on a silver name plate on a custom made plaque alongside other donors.
Knights of Apollo – $250 - Your name will be featured in silver writing on a red name plate on a custom made plaque alongside other donors. You also get on free dinner for two with RSVP to that year’s Red Carnation Ball.
Silver Eagle – $500 - Your name will be featured on a Silver plaque acknowledging your silver eagle donation. You also receive one free dinner for two with RSVP to that year’s Red Carnation Ball, where you will be publicly honored and presented with a silver trophy.
Golden Eagle - $1000 - Your name will be featured on a Golden plaque acknowledging your Golden eagle donation. You also receive a lifetime free dinner for two with RSVP to each Red Carnation Ball. Upon completing this donation milestone you will also receive a Golden trophy at that year’s RCB.
Remember to select only one package. Upon completing that package feel free to purchase another.
Pay as you prefer, once your donation milestone is complete you will be notified and you plaque or nameplate will be displayed in the Grand Foyer. For example, you can opt for a Silver Eagle Package and donate $50 a month. Even if you would miss a month or two your donation package isn’t binding and you may cease payments whenever you wish.
If you’re package comes with RCB benefits, those benefits apply to the academic year of completion. If you can’t make this year’s RCB, that’s fine; your free dinner can remain active for 1 consecutive RCB should you miss the first.
